This role partners closely with the CEO, allowing ownership to focus on vision and strategy while the President leads operations, people, and performance.

We are seeking a construction executive with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills. This is not just an operations role—it requires someone who builds culture, coaches leaders, and drives accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units
• Translate strategy into execution and results
• Develop and mentor leadership teams
• Full P&L ownership. Drive financial performance and operational excellence
• Strengthen client relationships and market presence
• Build scalable systems and accountability rhythms

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership in construction
• Proven success leading leaders
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills
