As an HR Business Partner supporting our manufacturing operations, you will work closely with site leadership to align people strategies with business goals! Supporting a workforce of approximately 300-500 employees, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering coordinated HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support and strategic direction to leaders and employees. As a key member of the local leadership team, you will bring an independent perspective and deep HR expertise to influence business outcomes.

  • Champion and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Coach leaders and employees to foster growth, development, and leadership at all levels.
  • Partner with the leadership team on talent development and performance management to improve employee contributions and address performance gaps.
  • Identify and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
  • Provide mentorship on HR policies and practices, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Services to resolve escalated matters related to payroll, leave, and policy interpretation.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about making a difference.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field or experience. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role. SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in policy interpretation, employee relations, and coaching through change.
