Residential Sales Representative for Construction/Painting Industry

Join our client, as a Sales Representative in a fast-growth company with a great culture. Base salary plus attainable commissions to achieve at least $95k-150k+ your first year. The Sales Rep will be responsible for performing in home evaluations, presenting findings and solutions, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Desired Experience:

• 3-5 years in residential sales role that requires high initiative (B2C)
• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Building, and Sales Target Achievement
• Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software

• Some experience or affinity for the building/construction industry (painting and carpentry preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
