Pool Construction Manager

Job Summary/Background: We are seeking highly competitive and motivated Pool Construction Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in managing construction projects for large-scale outdoor swimming pool projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of swimming pools from start to finish. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each project is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget while meeting client expectations and adhering to all local building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, design professionals, and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of each pool project.

Desired Experience/Traits: 

  • Minimum of 3+ years in swimming pool construction management.
  • Certifications: Certified Builder Professional (CBP) preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented.
  • Strong ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Team player, self-starter, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Project Management: Oversee the construction of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Site Management: Understand and manage the layout and construction aspects of pool building, including elevation, grading, and overall design concept to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth project execution and support construction partners effectively.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce job safety standards and company policies on-site.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and compliance with contracts.
  • Scheduling: Work with the Operations Manager to optimize production flow and anticipate necessary schedule changes.
  • Communication: Address inquiries from clients, employees and subcontractors regarding project scope and schedule.
  • Reporting: Provide management with updates on field-related issues and job tracking information.
