Sales / Design Specialist - Pool Construction Industry

Job Summary/Background: We are seeking highly competitive and motivated Pool Design/Sales Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in designing and selling large-scale outdoor swimming pool projects. You will be expected to hit the ground running and contribute to our continued success. As the company continues to grow, we will be adding to our sales team.

Desired Experience/Traits:

  • Proven experience in pool design, selling inground pools and creating full property plans.
  • Proficient in Pool Studio, Dynascape, or similar CAD/design software.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering principles and township rules/regulations.
  • Highly skilled in presentation and customer communication.
  • Proven ability to connect and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Team player, self-starter, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct appointments with clients in a timely manner
  • Project Management: Manage a heavy workload while communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Negotiation: Engage in discussions with clients to secure agreements that meet both their needs and the company’s objectives
  • Design Proposals: Quickly turnaround pool/landscape designs and create itemized proposals tailored to client specifications.
  • Presentations: Present proposed designs to prospective clients, explaining the design and construction process.
  • Documentation: Create and disseminate necessary documentation post-sale, including design, engineering, construction, and permitting documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Team to ensure projects are built per design and exceed homeowner expectations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and installation process.
