Field Operations Manager (Home Performance Services Industry) – $100k - $120k base + performance bonuses

Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all field operations and the profitability of the field. You “own” all project and warehouse operations. Operations include, but is not limited to, all Home Performance installations, HVAC installations, Service department, trucks, equipment, shop, building, production meetings and standards, production revenue, revenue per man hour, material, time sheet reporting, employee compensation and gross profit.

Must Have Experience: 

• Minimum five years of related field operations management
• HVAC Experience and/or Home Services experience preferred 
• Strong operational process implementation and improvement skills
• Experience managing and leading field operations teams
