Project Manager/Inside Field Operations, Construction - Six-Figure Compensation
We have been retained by our client, Painters USA (https://www.paintersusa.com/) a high-integrity, 50-year-old family-owned, large commercial/industrial painting company to source high-performing Project Managers to manage inside field operations, running multiple commercial/industrial painting projects up in Illinois.
If you are extremely organized, detail-oriented, have excellent communication and collaborative relationship skills, above-average Financial and Logistics skills, and are a seasoned project manager with experience in quick-turnaround, medium-sized construction projects (up to $100k) AND are seeking solid career growth in a very successful, recession-resilient industry, then we want to talk to you!
What’s In It for You:
Job Summary: The Project Manage/Inside Field Operations Manager serves a key role for the company by performing the full scope of services for client projects, including project estimating & bidding, project startup, project management, risk management, customer interaction, field team interaction, change order management and project financial analysis. You will have approximately 15 crews and 35-40 people reporting to you. You will oversee approximately 40% of the company’s present business.
Job Purpose: This role adds value to the organization by ensuring the work is bid accurately, completed according to project specifications, on-time and within budget, deliver highest level of project management and service to clients. Determining appropriate resources; labor, equipment, safety and quality needs to achieve successful project to meet specifications.
Job Description: Implement company policies and procedures to verify that projects are done per approved standards, on-time and within the approved budget
Tools Used: Schedules, checklists, meetings, huddles, estimating software, PM software, constant communication by direct contact with customer and field personnel (Specifically SmartSheet, EXCEL, Procore)
