Sales/Business Development Rep – Roofing Experience Required - Base + Unlimited Commissions (Potential for $90k+ in 1st year)

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads who can be nurtured into client relationships. These leads will be attained by building relationships with HOA’s, Building Managers, Contractors, and more 
  • Initiate, expand and maintain strong networks and relationships with current and potential clients 
  • Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company 
  • Using existing leads provided by the company as well as self-generated leads generate, to make appointments with customers to understand their needs and then provide detailed, accurate estimates for services. 
  • Using appropriate communication skills, follow-up with customer until sale is closed and then follow-up to make sure project is going smoothly and to their standards. 

Desired Experience 

  • 3-10 years in a previous sales/business development role in roofing 
  • Basic Proficiency in construction math and measurements 
  • Great work ethic and consistent work history 
  • Follows a disciplined Sales Process (like Sandler Sales or other)
