Our Client, Nolan Consulting Group, a 20+ year, highly successful and growing Business Coaching Firm, is seeking one full-time Bilingual Business Coach to work out of their corporate offices in Ardmore, PA or work remotely and commute to their offices at least once a quarter. The Business Coach role at NCG works directly with independently own Trades companies (painting, drywall, garage doors, flooring, coatings, etc.) to assist them in identifying, measuring and achieving their business goals.  This role is an accountability partner and sometimes financial trainer.

If you are seeking your next or, preferably, your “last”, career opportunity where you can work collaboratively with a team of other business coaches who coach small and medium-sized clients from the trades industry, then you should apply.

You do not have to find your own clients; Nolan has a growing list of clients who want their coaching/consulting services, but you do have to be mission-driven, with a strong desire to help your clients succeed, by using numbers and well-oiled proprietary process tools.

Technical/Financial tools used are:  Common spreadsheets, business plans, 90-Day Plans, CRM, Smartsheet, Google, and Egnyte (file sharing platform).

Experience Needed:

Successful business coaches generally come from any industry, but generally succeed when they have had the following types of education and experience:

  • Coaching or Consulting Experience with Individuals or Small BusinesS
  • College or master’s degree in business or related fields preferabl
  • 10-20 years leadership/management experience – in roles where you’ve led 50 people or more
  • Strong Operations Success in roles such as:  COO, VP/Dir. Operations, General Manager with strong financial and operations experience, etc. (Oversight of finance, sales, and other operational areas)
  • Affinity for the Trades Industry – Painting, Flooring, Dry-Walling, Paving, Bricklaying, etc.
