Pool Designer / Sales Support Specialist

Help homeowners bring their dream backyards to life! Our client is a fast-growing, independently owned residential pool and landscaping construction company seeking a creative, detail-oriented Pool Designer / Sales Support Specialist.

This role focuses on creating pool and outdoor living designs while supporting the sales team with presentations, proposals, and project documentation. The ideal candidate combines design skills with an understanding of construction and a commitment to excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Create 2D and 3D designs featuring pools, patios, hardscapes, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces.
• Partner with the sales team to translate homeowner ideas, site requirements, and budgets into practical, attractive designs.
• Prepare design presentations, itemized proposals, and revisions to support the sales process.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed to gather information and explain design options.
• Assist with construction drawings, permitting documentation, and coordination with engineering resources.
• Work closely with production to ensure a smooth handoff and accurate execution of the design.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely turnaround.

What You Bring:

• Experience designing residential pools and outdoor living spaces; full backyard design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Pool Studio, DynaScape, or similar CAD/design software.
• Understanding of pool, landscape, and hardscape construction, including site conditions and permitting considerations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• A collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
