Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units alongside senior management.
• Align teams around shared priorities, clear responsibilities, and measurable goals.
• Coach and develop leaders, address performance gaps, and follow through on commitments.
• Improve project execution, resource planning, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Strengthen collaboration between field teams, project management, and company leadership.
• Build practical systems and processes that support sustainable growth.
• Preserve the company’s values and customer relationships as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience; general contractor, EPC, etc.
• Proven success leading managers and improving operational and financial performance.
• Experience building teams and implementing systems that support growth.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, job costing, and margin management.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a direct, respectful communication style.
• A track record of leading with integrity, humility, fairness, and accountability.
