The Augusta Warrior Project Collaborative Services Manager is responsible for setting departmental priorities and achieving goals in support of the organization’s strategic vision. The Manager manages the Collaborative Services staff, and coordinates internally with other departments to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support. The Manager facilitates team meetings to discuss cases, assessments, and policies. The Manager provides consistent oversight of the on-going work being conducted with Veterans through the coordination of the AWP team. The Manager and the team are held accountable for hitting key performance indicators that demonstrate the collective impact of the organization and its efforts.
The ideal candidate must have a Masters in Social Work (or LCSW in related field), with at least 2 years of experience working with Veterans. Experience should include conducting assessments and facilitating plans for specific populations (i.e. Veterans, crisis teams, social services). Veterans Administration experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation. Augusta Warrior Project has a preference for hiring qualified Veterans and members of military families whenever possible.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in Augusta, Georgia.
