Fastener Supply Company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership
of the Columbia, South Carolina territory and drive market growth. This role includes an
established base of industrial customers while focusing on new business development
across a region with strong manufacturing activity.

This is a true territory ownership role, not simply account maintenance. The successful
candidate will develop new relationships, expand existing accounts, and grow market
share within the manufacturing sector.

Fastener Supply Company is a family-owned industrial distributor with more than 60
years of experience, headquartered in Charlotte, NC. With six locations and over 75,000
square feet of warehouse capacity, the company delivers high-quality fasteners, technical
expertise, and reliable supply solutions to manufacturers across the region.
The territory is primarily local, centered in Columbia and extending through Union, Cheraw,
and down to the South Carolina coast. Most customer travel is within a two-hour radius
with minimal overnight travel.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a disciplined B2B sales professional who:
• Has 10+ years of industrial or B2B sales experience
• Demonstrates success generating new business while growing existing accounts
• Is comfortable managing full sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions
• Uses CRM, pipeline management, and structured territory planning
• Builds long-term relationships and communicates value beyond price
Compensation & Benefits
• On-target earnings of approximately $120,000
• $72,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission
• Additional bonuses for new business and account growth
