Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Repaint Estimator to evaluate and measure existing properties and develop accurate, well-defined repaint scopes and pricing. This role is highly field-focused—walking properties, assessing surface and building conditions, documenting scope needs, and translating those findings into clear, detailed estimates. It requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and close partnership with the sales team to ensure each bid is accurate and competitive.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform onsite field measurements for multifamily, HOA, senior living, and commercial repaint projects.
• Assess building conditions, substrates, elevations, access needs, and required surface prep or repairs.
• Build detailed, data-driven estimates using Excel and established company templates.
• Capture organized project notes, photos, and scope details for sales collaboration.
• Partner with Sales Representatives on scope specifics, production rates, material systems, and pricing strategy.
• Maintain well-organized estimate files and historical data.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and site contacts.
• Demonstrate and promote the company’s core values in daily work.

Qualifications
• Experience in repaint estimating or field-based construction measurement preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply building and elevation measurement techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify scope gaps and access challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong collaboration skills and alignment with company values.
