As the Client Support Representative (CSR) you’ll work remotely during typical US-time zones and be responsible for:
• Managing client onboarding and ensuring smooth platform adoption
• Handling client service tickets and escalations
• Collaborating closely with our Tech Support and Client Solutions Consultant
• Delivering high-quality, consistent service experience
Experience in a client-facing SaaS role is a plus—especially within a high-growth or "industry-first" environment. Experience in a Microsoft Dynamics Environment is strongly desired. Affinity with the automotive repair industry is also desirable.

Qualifications:
• Client Relationship Experience – (Preferably SaaS)
• CRM Experience: Background preferably in Microsoft Dynamics environment or other CRM-based environment (SalesForce, Zendesk etc.)
• Microsoft Expert: Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
• Training & Enablement: Experience supporting technology adoption and client education
• Start-Up Mentality: Comfortable in a fast-growth, evolving environment
• Industry Affinity a Plus: Automotive repair industry experience (parts, service, or related fields).
