Our firm, Smart Work | Network, Inc. is recruiting for head teller candidates who have at least 1 year of experience as a Head Teller and 1-2 years’ experience as a teller in another bank.   Candidates should have the following qualifications to be considered:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in another financial services institution
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience in a banking institution
• Strong customer-service interest and experience
• Experience cross-selling services
• Solid knowledge of teller and customer service operations and procedures
• Computer proficiency and Web-based technology experience
• Professional appearance and behaviors
• Knowledge of and proficiency in other business equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good typing skills
• Solid knowledge of banking principles, compliance and all necessary regulations

Candidates will perform duties and tasks of a head teller, with a focus on customer needs and ensuring that all tellers are performing at a high level relative to customer needs.  Head teller reviews and check the work of other tellers and assists in the resolution of other teller problems.   Balances each day’s transactions and verifies cash totals.
