DESCRIPTION

Respond to property fires to promote fire and water damage restoration services to property

owners with the result that the property owners engage the Company’s services. This position

requires the salesperson to be on call to respond when a fire occurs, which can be in the

evening or early morning hours. Travel to catastrophes may also be required. Make an effective

hand-off to the Company’s operations personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond immediately to property damage occurrences.

• Communicate with and assist homeowner or building manager and adjuster.

• Document customer information, communications and other pertinent information in

company software.

• Produce estimates for board-ups and securing the building.

• Coordinate and conduct emergency repairs immediately following loss.

• Tarp roofs.

• Initial training period is 21 days.

EXPERIENCE

• Good communicator with a professional presence.

• Must be highly motivated, dependable, sincere and with a benevolent spirit.

• Must have a flexible work schedule.
