The purpose of the Structural Project Manager is to successfully and profitably run a structural

repair scope of work within the guidelines of an approved estimate. This position will provide

project management oversight of all phases of the restoration process, from initial emergency

services and project conception to final repairs and project closeout. Assigned projects may

include all types of residential and commercial restoration, to include water mitigation, mold

remediation, fire and smoke damage remediation and repair, and storm damage remediation

and repair. Candidate will work closely with property owners and insurance adjusters and must

possess exceptional customer service, client relationship management, and conflict negotiation

skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages turn-key restoration process of property.

• Be responsible to complete a project on time, on budget with a satisfied customer.

• Conduct Pre-Construction walk through with the client while reviewing details of the

project, contract details, and payment schedule and construction timeline.

• Create budgets with respect to company recommended profit margins for each

individual project.

• Accurately formulate a construction schedule to create a timeline of events needed to

execute the project.

• Take initiative with clients to resolve any issues that arise during the construction

project while delivering quality customer service.

• Must balance delivering Quality Customer Service while understanding the bottom line

and expected profit margins.

• Exceptional multitasking skill set. Individual must work well under pressure with the

ability to coordinate multiple projects and conflicting demands simultaneously while

handling frequent interruptions.

• Create detailed & descriptive work orders for trade partners to complete projects within

the timeline and budget.

• Manager will be required to communicate a payment schedule with the client to collect

timely account receivables during the construction process.

EXPERIENCE

• Understanding of OSHA regulations

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes

• Willingness to work in a team environment required

• Self-motivated and independent problem solving ability required

• Proven written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
